On the 7th dayt of November, the time change for this fall will take place. At exactly 2:00 am, people from all over the United States will set their clock back one hour.
So remember to reset your clock form 2:00 am to 1:00 am on that date. This procedure is named the Daylight savings time, First put into practice at the beginning of the 20th century, this was conceived due to the argument that an extra hour of light will increase production in factories.
In 1966, the Congress decided to standardize the practice after years of using Daylight savings on and off. And then years after that, they made a change and extended the daylight savings time for four more weeks.
