All Tornado Warnings in the Tri-State have expired. Adams County remains under a Tornado Watch and the entire Tri-State remains under a High Wind Watch.

2:00 p.m. - A Tornado Warning has been issued for Adams County.

1:46 p.m. - Tornado Warnings for the entire Tri-State have been allowed to expire. High Wind Warning remains in effect for the entire Tri-State until 8 p.m

1:44 p.m. - Still over 40,000 without power, according to Duke Energy.

1:38 p.m. - Lt. Leeanne Hood of the Middletown Police Department says the storms have moved on from Middletown and there are no roads blocked off as a result of high water or downed trees. Wcpo Weather

1:29 p.m. - Tornado Warnings and Watches have been allowed to expire for the western part of the Tri-State. A Tornado Warning remains in Clermont, Highland, Clinton and Brown counties in Ohio.

1:28 p.m. - Tornado Warning also issued in Highland County.

1:21 p.m. - Andrew Knapp of the Loveland-Symmes Fire Department says to avoid driving in any high water. Flooding and standing water has been reported in numerous parts of the Tri-State.

1:16 p.m. - A possible tornado reported knocking off branches of trees in Bright, Ind. at 12 p.m. National Weather Service will check to confirm at a later time.

1:15 p.m. - Wind gusts in Warren County have reached 81 mph.

1:11 p.m. - CVG's power is back on and it is now operating to the fullest capacity that it can, but several flights may be delayed if they are headed in a direction towards the severe weather or if arriving flights are headed into the severe weather.

1:08 p.m. - Duke Energy reports over 52,000 residents in the Tri-State are without power.

1:04 p.m. - Flooding of downtown building lobby at 3rd and Central reported.

12:58 p.m. - Tornado Warnings issued in Warren, Clermont, Clinton and Brown counties until 1:30 p.m.

12:56 p.m. - CVG has grounded all flights and is on hold because of a power outage. Check with the airport if you have a flight later in the day to see if it will be departing on time.

12:50 p.m. - Duke Energy reports over 30,000 people without power across the Tri-State. For the latest on power outages, click here .

12:45 p.m. - Ross Schools has a 20 min. delay for a.m. kindergarten dismissal; 20 min. delay for p.m. kindergarten pick-up.

12:42 p.m. - Sayler Park Elementary has been evacuated because their building is not secure enough to deal with this type of severe weather.

12:41 p.m. - Hail is being reported in Covington.

12:40 p.m. - ARTIMIS cameras are showing heavy flooding of the interstates in the Tri-State area.

12:35 p.m. - Strong winds and rain have reached downtown Cincinnati.

12:15 p.m. - Boone Co. announced they have no kindergarten or preschool dismissal until further notice, Fairfield City Schools will have no p.m. kindergarten and Lakota Schools will also have no p.m. kindergarten. Students at Lakota will be sheltered in place if necessary.

12:03 p.m. - Tornado Warnings extended into Switzerland County, Ind., Carroll and Grant counties in N.Ky., Montgomery County, Ohio and Preble County, Ohio.

11:59 a.m. - New Tornado Warning issued in portions of Owen, Gallatin and Boone counties.

11:57 a.m. - A Severe Thunderstorm Warning is in effect for all of SE Ind. and N.Ky. until 12:45 p.m.

11:50 a.m. - Many around the Tri-State are hearing warning sirens. This can be because of a Tornado Warning or from the combination of the Tornado Watch and the Severe Thunderstorm Warning in your area. Remember to

11:48 a.m. - A Tornado Warning has been issued for Franklin, Dearborn and Ripley counties in SE Ind.

11:45 a.m. - The Tornado Warning in Fayette and Union counties has been allowed to expire. A Tornado Watch remains in effect.

11:35 a.m. - The Tornado Warning has been extended to Butler County in Ohio.

11:30 a.m. - No tornadoes have been reported as of yet, but the National Weather Service stresses to take cover, move to an interior room in the lowest floor of a sturdy building and stay tuned for more information until the storm passes. 9 News chief meteorologist Steve Raleigh notes that this storm is moving so quickly that the NWS is issuing Warnings in certain areas before the storm is near it as a precaution.
