Emilio Franco

Emilio Franco, a 54-year-old Downey homeowner, has been killed after a shooting following a home invasion robbery.
KTLA reports that the incident occurred at about 3 a.m. Wednesday at Franco's home in the 9300 block of Gainford Ave. in Downey, California. Lt. Phil Rego of the Downey Police Department said that officers arrived to find a man shot to death inside the house. They also discovered a wounded man, who is believed to be a suspect and was taken into custody.
